Misinformation 50: Golden Fifty - Part 1

This week all of The Guys reunite for a Misinformation milestone.  The Guys utilize this momentous occasion to discuss Hooters.  Do you really ever need a reason?  Zac discusses his Watchmen...well, watching, experience as Eric listens on, sad that he has not...well...watched.  The Guys remember fondly the Camp Snoopy and discuss what creative tatoo they would be willing to sport...for a price.  The discussion of Mall of America brings back hurtfull memories for Eric while Adam pokes sticks...because he does that.  Weller's scary date situation is alluded to before Zac and Eric try their damnedest to get Weller and Eric fired.  None of this summary is in chronological order, because we're a little rattled by the fact that we've lasted 50 episodes...really.  The Misinformation Mixer '09, mall kids, Crossroads Mall, T-shirt design contest, plus much MUCH MORE!  Part 1 of 2...oh yes...there will be more, with SUPRISES!

Misinformation 49: Retribution

This week, the mutha truckin' gloves are off, it's clobberin' time.  A battle is finished, the end, finito.  Put.  Them.  In.  The.  Ground. After taking out the garbage, the guys wax philosophical about breast feeding etiquette.  Well, Weller is philosophical, Zac, just continues to rant.  Through this, The Guys discover that nudity is only wondrous in the appropriate dosage. Weller has a date, which he handles in a big boy way, but not before revealing Misinformation‘s most unlikely regular listener.  Zac then comes to a hurtful Facebook revelation, Misinformation Mixer ’09, T-Shirt Contest, +1 Challenge...plus much MUCH MORE.

Misinformation 48: A Plethora Abounds

This week The Guys discuss how many it takes to attain a few for several minutes.  Recent developments begin to turn bloody a rivalry, especially after a post recording revelation. (More on this next week.)  The Glitter Contest winner is announced this week, changing a lucky listener's fortune by awarding a reward from the prize closet...oh, the spoils.  The Misinformation Mixer '09 is discussed; briefly this time.  Quality and the expectation of such is discussed and a battle gauntlet (as opposed to a huggie lovey gauntlet) is thrown down against naysayers and poo pooers the world over.  Rants, cursing, comedy, beer, plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 47: Granny Panties

This week The Guys examine Weller's internet dating prospects...his "connections" may not be what you expect.  The Guys then delve into drunk sex (not with each other...suprisingly), a story is shared about an anal experience, and a vocal change not for the weak of heart.  Zac attempts to sell Weller on the benefits of dating a young grandma...oh the possibilities.  The male equivalent of Valentines Day is discovered.  Buy your steaks now ladies, it's BJ time!  The count down to Misinformation Mixer '09 begins, listener mail, and much MUCH MORE!

This week The Guys announce the date, time, and incentives for attending the Misinformation Mixer '09 and reveal a new contest that could be beneficial for all...yes ALL!  Eric brings forth another tale of his sibling's love for all God's creatures, Adam sits on the couch, and Zac devolves the conversation into a critique of this season's American Idol.  A fan boy moment is shared and a televised disappointment is discussed.  The Guys then take a moment to sing the praises of Smitty's Bar.  It's a wonderful place.  Plus, Limited Edition Comics and Collectibles on College Street in Cedar Falls, IA is given its due.  Seriously, Rob...you're like a smack dealer...a smack dealer who trades in comic book goodness...but $180 over two days...you worked some kind of glamour on us...seriously... Misinformation 44: Don't Hurt My Boy!

Don't hurt my boy!  The Guys suffer when one half the duo mends a broken heart and the other attempts to spill blood in the name of friendship.  Weller joins the information age and makes a clean break from his dependence on Mommy for his Internet needs.  Zac unveils The Magic Box 2, his finely tuned machine which eliminates any hate spew that he has for the technical phase of recording during this very special, friend love extolling, Jezebelle deriding episode.  Also, sit back and marvel as Weller unveils his plan for an early retirement...all while The Guys take a beer drinking tour AROUND THE WORLD...this one's a doozy!  Beer is defended, lines are crossed, curses are spewn.  It gets bad...but life is good... ...Plus much MUCH MORE.

Misinformation 43: Back to Basics

This week The Guys go back from whence they came.  Arguments, rants, incorrect information, oh my.  Weller rights a former wrong...twice, Adam contributes...with actual thoughts, and Zac expounds upon an opinion...to loss of breath and flux capacitor throbbing glory.  A Misinformation interactive event is planned, Canadian Ryan contributes, and Cabin Fever is thanked...sort of...plus much MUCH MORE!  It's fun.  It's entertainment.  It's Misinformation.

Misinformation 42: Randomcast

This week The Guys find themselves in a flurry caused by no structure, no goal, and no clue.  The topics are not related, the facts are most likely incorrect, and they have a sneaking suspicion that some stories may be repeated.  Adam is no longer allowed to drink before a show, Zac is no longer allowed to get a mere 2 hours of sleep, and Weller is no longer allowed to describe himself as normal...because...come on.  Haikus, political editorializing, cursing, and much MUCH MORE, on this special episode of Misinformation.

Misinformation 41: Mid-life Crisis

The Guys discover that 30 is fast approaching, it's scary, and they don't like it.  Weller updates us very vaguely on his romantic situation, Eric clears up any identity confusion, and Zac takes some time to let the listeners know how important they are to him.  Aw.  Gahey. Also, a lost celebrity is mourned, a sidekick is remembered, listener mail, and much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 40: Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death

All four Guys unite for this Voltron of episodes.  Weller has a new dating experience and purchases a fancy accessory...all in the same week!  Eric discovers he has a nemesis in one of Zac's friends.  Zac reveals his vile hatred for one...Nancy Grace.  A listener wrong is righted, an offer is made, and cursing is done. (Would it be Misinformation with out it?)  The Irish are "thanked" for yet another listener, and Ken Plume's name is dropped a little differently than it has been before via our listener mail.  Savage Heart is revisited...with a twist, a plea for listener input is made, plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 39: Apple Pie

The Guys usher in the time of auld lange syne with a chat about their Christmas booty.  Weller brings a festive gift of holiday ale that might quite possibly replace all liquors ever to have graced the Earth.  Zac handles his lightsaber (literally this time...and in this case, lightsaber actually means...lightsaber).  Adam records with headphones for the first time.  The Guys find time to pimp multiple websites as well as multiple podcasts on this, their first official New Year's Cast, plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 38: Fa ra ra ra ra

This week the guys celebrate yule tidings with a cornacopia of shenanigans...all set to the tune of your favorite Christmas classics.  Weller tries egg nog for the first time, Zac finds a new nemesis in a female listener, and Eric looks towards a holiday season rife with interactions with the brother.  An in depth conversation of two Christmas classics (A Christmas Story, and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation) is conquered, albeit it very haphazzardly.  A new aliance with www.popsyndicate.com is announced...we are homeless no more!  Curses are spewn, strippers are mentioned, feelings are hurt, and humping discussed, plus much MUCH MORE! After a one week hiatus the Guys brave the blizzard of '08 (pronounced "aught eight") in order to set things right in the world of porn.  They also manage to reveal the reality of adoption to Sheryl Crow's child, expose the true essence of evil known as the ex girlfriend "leave behind", dissect Rush, tout the wonders of ZZ Top as well as the irony of the beardless named Beard.  Weller breaks the news to Zac about his salmon, Zac plans next week's holiday extravaganza, tea is drank, head colds are conquered and Weller may be stranded at Zac's house.  Spoonin' makes ya warm...plus much MUCH MORE in this EXTENDED EPISODE!

Misinformation 36: Holmes Sweet Home

This week The Guys are joined by a guest host - Comedian Mike Holmes.  Mike brings stories from the land of debauchery and celebrity that is L.A.  The Guys discuss post Thanksgiving gluttony, Last Comic Standing, Iliza Schleserammadingerbooberifficus, L.A. homeless vs. Chicago Homeless, and the L.A. comedy scene.  Also, a new story of the douchebaggery of Eric's brother is shared, from a third party...as in NOT Eric...as in someone else...who thinks his brother is a douche...just sayin'.  Plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 35: Turkey and Freedom

This week, The Guys record on the eve of the giving of thanks.  A Canadian Correspondent surfaces providing a multimedia story for the listeners' pleasure.  Adam, Weller, and Zac discuss their family Turkey Day traditions before venturing on to the slippery slope of terminating your parental rights...via...Omaha.  Weller provides a list of songs to abandon your children by, Zac almost fights a toupee wearing liar, Adam reveals why he's not allowed to go to the bar before a holiday, and much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 34: Triumphant Triumverate

This week brings The Guys a new alliance, with new possibilities.  With the power of the combined trifecta, The Guys discuss the appeal of flavored lube.  A Dragon Con announcement is made possibly affecting the future existance of the entire city of Atlanta...as well as transatlantic relationships as a whole.  The Irish make a phone call to Zac that is doomed to live on forever and the fellas at TFI Podcast completely save face by providing the best shout out ever to be recorded anywhere on the planet...or beyond.  Some listener mail, random blatherings, Adam forgets to pick up his child at daycare, Eric's brother provides another awkward family moment, plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 33: Peeping the Peelers

This week The Guys make a pilgrimage to the land of ample bossums and visit the exotic establishment known as, the Titty Bar, the Shaker Shack, The Peeler Palace...ok, it's the Strip Club.  Due to their visit to the den of boobies, a strange adventure unfolds requiring one of The Guys to give a steadfast demonstration of his will.  Meanwhile, new Haiki were written...or more appropriately...new Haiki were crafted.  News about an aforementioned celebrity guest, a new celebrity listener, a rough draft of The Relationship Contract, plus much MUCH MORE!

Misinformation 32: Let It Bleed

This week, The Guys find themselves recording on a monumental evening in American Democracy.  A new president is chosen giving Adam hope that Sarah Palin will now show her ta tas.  Weller shares news of ground breaking developments in his life, romantical and otherwise.  Zac rants against ignorance of the electoral process, and a musical montage is shattered by poor planning and ever worse harmony.  All organization is lost when The Guys melt down over the fad that is Emo, and they never truly recover.  Plus much, MUCH MORE!
